From the shepherd to the cheese maker, we are proud to work collectively within our sector to offer you the best of the sheep every day. Discover the delicate taste and melting texture of our Pérail Pur Brebis Lou Pérac.
It is made in our Massegros cheese dairy, in Lozère. Our milk is collected in Occitanie, mainly in Aveyron, from our partner producers.
At Lou Pérac, we pay particular attention to the well-being of our sheep. Of Lacaune breed, they are fed on herbs, fodder and non-GMO cereals (<0.9%) from at least 80% from the farm.
As soon as the weather permits, they graze in the open air and feed on flowers, giving the Lou Pérac pérail this little fragrant taste.
