The Semolina Cake topped with Caramel alsa® is a delicious way to consume the milk we need every day thanks to its recipe enriched with milk minerals. A simple, fresh dessert, easy to prepare with the satisfaction of home-made!

Quick and easy to prepare
1. I pour 1 scoop of caramel to cover the bottom of my mold and I place it in the freezer so that the caramel hardens.
2. I bring 1 liter of milk to a boil in a saucepan, I add a sachet of semolina cake mix and a sachet of raisins, then I mix with a whisk.
3. I bring back to a good boil and I let cook for 7 minutes over low heat while stirring.
4. I remove the pan from the heat and then let cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. I pour the preparation into the mold and I place in the refrigerator for at least 1h30. It's ready !

Recipe idea: Caramelized semolina cake in the oven
• 1 sachet of semolina cake mix topped with alsa® Caramel
• 1 L of milk
Rest time: 3 hours.

1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (Th.6).
2. Pour the sachet of caramel into an ovenproof mold. Prepare the alsa® Semolina Cake by following the instructions on the back of the package up to step 3.
3. Pour the preparation into the mold in which you will have poured your caramel.
4. Then place the cake in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C (Th.6). Your semolina cake will be golden and deliciously caramelized. Reserve 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Alsa® tip: Before adding the grapes, you can soak them in rum. They will then be swollen and scented.
