The alsa® Vanilla Flan Entremets with good taste is a delicious way to consume the milk we need every day thanks to its recipe enriched with milk minerals. A fresh dessert, easy to prepare with the satisfaction of home-made!

Quick and easy to prepare
1. I bring ½ liter of milk to the boil.
2. I remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately pour the contents of one sachet into the boiling milk.
3. I stir briskly with a whisk.
4. I pour into 5 ramekins and let cool.
5. I put my ramekins in the refrigerator for 1h30. It's ready !
To prepare the Vanilla alsa® Flan Entremets with good taste in a large mold, I double the quantities by pouring 2 sachets into 1 liter of boiling milk.

Recipe idea: apple-caramel verrines
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 sachet of Flan Entremets with good taste Caramel alsa®
• ½ L of milk
• 2 apples
• 20 g of sugar

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE :
1. I make my Flan Entremets with the good taste of Caramel alsa® according to the instructions on the back of the pack, and I pour it at the bottom of my verrines. I put everything in the refrigerator for 1h30.
2. In a frying pan, I melt the sugar to make it caramelize and I coat my apple cubes for about 5 min.
3. Once the 1 hour 30 minutes have passed, I divide my caramelized apples into each verrine. It's ready !

Tip: I am careful not to mix my apples too quickly in the caramel (a cooled caramel freezes).
